We are here to help, so if your financial situation has changed at any time during your product membership we suggest you discuss it with us immediately. We want to work with you and avoid a spiral into a potentially harmful financial situation so please take the first step in requesting forbearance by completing a brief survey as soon as you can so that we can figure out a resolution that works for both of us.
