How can we help?

Withdrawing as a new member

If you have a Core or Plus Creditspring membership and are within the 14 day wait period, you may withdraw here but please get in touch if you'd like more information as we'd love for you to remain a member.

After the first 14 days

If you have passed the 14 day wait period, but have not withdrawn an advance, please follow the cancellation journey here as long as you have no currently processing transactions. Please note that any overdue membership fees will have to be settled before we can proceed with your cancellation. We will not be able to reimburse the fees for any of the previous months of your membership.

If you have currently processing transactions please try again once the transactions have cleared to avoid possible overcharging.

After you've borrowed

If you have an advance outstanding or have repaid your loans and would like to cancel your membership you may do so here and we will inform you of your early settlement amount owed (or that we owe you) as long as you have no currently processing transactions. After you've paid the settlement in full your membership will be cancelled. Once we confirm receipt of this amount, your membership will be cancelled.

If you have currently processing transactions please try again once the transactions have cleared to avoid possible overcharging.
