Hi Carlos, what do you do at Creditspring?

I’m a Data Analyst at Creditspring. My work entails providing clean data to different teams inside the business and when possible helping transform the raw data into actionable information. The best part of my job is having the opportunity to work with different teams throughout all areas of the business.

What did you do before joining Creditspring?

Before joining Creditspring, I was doing my masters in Electrical Engineering in Brazil, where I studied ways to secure the communication between drones. Before that, I did my internship as a data analyst at a Brazilian airplane manufacturer called EMBRAER.

What’s changed since you started working at Creditspring?

Since I joined Creditspring, we’ve grown from approximately a 30 people team to a 50-ish people team. As we grow, most of our process are changing to adapt to a bigger team, adding more structure around them.

What excites you about Creditspring?

What excites me the most about the company is that our product really makes a difference in the lives of our customers and that everyone gives their best to make it happen.
