Hi Jenni, what do you do at Creditspring?

I'm a Product Designer that focuses on growth! My role mainly involves keeping an eye on data and KPIs - seeing what areas can be improved and what's doing well. Every week, I conduct a lot of experiments and A/B tests to increase conversions. My favourite part of my job is when my A/B tests and experiments are successful and I see a smile on Sabrina and Neil's faces!

What did you do before joining Creditspring?

I was doing my Master's in Digital Design and Branding at Brunel University London.

What's changed since you started working at Creditspring?

In January 2021 I joined the team as a Junior Product Designer - it was my first job role within the design world. Since then, I've really found a love for data-driven design, and luckily Sabrina helped me really go down this path and explore this area. A year later, I was promoted to Growth Product Designer, and I get to do what I love five days a week! We've been a team of two since I've joined, so it's exciting that a team of two has grown to a team of five in the past few months. I feel very fortunate to be able to see this growth.

What excites you about Creditspring?

One of the main reasons I was excited to join Creditspring was the company culture. Being here now, I can tell you that I work with some amazing people - full of laughs and sarcasm. Personally, I think having a great team is really important, and I'm happy that we continue to have a team that helps you grow, laugh and go Nando's with you any lunchtime you want!
