I am a Customer Operations Executive. More specifically, my vertical within the Customer Operations team is Forbearance. I typically support our members who fall on hard times, by replanning their repayments or signposting them to relevant agencies for further support. My favourite part of the job is the culture we have fostered here at Creditspring, being supported from all areas of the business when in need of vital information. In turn, this ensures we are able to provide the best solutions for our members!
Before Creditspring, I worked within the education sector as a Commercial Hire Officer - a fancy way of saying I hired out venue space. I went into this role as an apprentice initially after completing university, in the hope of seeking retraining and a new venture.
So much has changed in a short space of time - which is also one of the great things I love about working here. Everything can be reimagined and improved. There have been roughly 10 people join after I did, and we all have a voice to express what we feel could better the service.
The fact that Creditspring is a one-off. I have not seen a company quite like it, which truly separates us from others within the sector. The customer is genuinely the focus and our values mean something within the team.
