This is Creditspring’s Christmas Offer terms and conditions, set out are the rules that apply to this offer. Please read carefully before using this offer.
By entering the promo code, you confirm that you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.1. During the application process you will be required to enter the offer code provided to you, in order to receive this offer. The offer will be applied once your first membership fee has been paid. You will then receive cash back equivalent to 50% off the first membership fee. Cash back will be sent to the account Creditspring has on file. There can only be one entry per new Creditspring member.
1.2. The offer is valid between 6th of December 00:00 to 20th of December 23:59.
1.3. The offer will apply to only those members who enter the promo code during their application process before 20th December 23:59.
1.4. The cash back will be provided to the member once their first membership fee is paid in full after their 14 day wait period.
1.5. The membership fee has to be paid in full in no less than 7 days after its due date to avail the cash back. The cash back will not be provided if the fee is paid later than 7 days from the due date.
1.6. The cash back will be sent to the members bank account that Creditspring has on file as soon as the first membership fee payment is made. This could take a maximum of 5 days to receive the cash back.
1.7. In case the membership is withdrawn but the cash back has been received, the refund will be 50% of the membership fee amount, in order to account for the cash back already sent to the member.
1.8 The offer is open only to new members, i.e. customers who have never had a membership with Creditspring before.
1.9. The offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for any other offer.
2.1. Creditspring has the right to refuse the cash back if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Creditspring suspects that a member has not used the coupon in good faith or has breached the Rules.
2.2. Creditspring will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of the Rules.
3.1. Creditspring accepts no liability for any use of the cash back which does not comply with the rules.
4.1. Creditspring may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page.
4.2. Creditspring reserves the right to: (i) amend, alter, cancel, or change the period or amount for the offer at any time by amending this page and writing personal emails to the participants.
