Creditspring Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Creditspring Referral Program and outline the rules for our prize draw.

Please carefully review these terms before participating. By entering the program, you confirm your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. Participation in this prize draw requires active Creditspring membership with an active loan.

1. Referral Program

1.1. Members will automatically enter this prize draw when they successfully refer a friend to Creditspring's loan product. This offer is valid until September 30, 2024.

1.2. Referrer and Referee Definitions

• In these Terms and Conditions, "Referrer" refers to an individual who currently holds an active Creditspring loan.

• "Referee" denotes a friend or acquaintance who has been referred by the Referrer and subsequently enters into a loan agreement with Creditspring.

1.3. Referrer Qualification for Rewards Referrers qualify for rewards when they successfully refer a friend. A referral is considered successful when the referred individual/friend fulfills all of the following conditions:

• The referred individual/friend submits an application for Creditspring's loan product.

• The referred individual/friend's loan application is approved.

• The referred individual/friend subsequently signs the loan disbursal contract and maintains an active membership without cancellations.

1.4. Referee Eligibility for Rewards Referees become eligible for rewards by meeting all of the following criteria:

• Their referrer is picked as the winner for the loan waiver reward.

• The referee submits an application for Creditspring's loan product.

• The referee's loan application is approved.

• The referee signs the loan disbursal contract and maintains an active membership without cancellations.

1.5. Reward Details

Referrer

• The winner will be randomly selected, provided that the Referrer complies with all instructions.

• Multiple entries per Creditspring member are allowed, increasing the chances of becoming a winner.

• The reward for the winner includes a waiver of their outstanding loan balance, limited to the borrowed amount. Therefore, £1,200 is based on total Extra membership balance.

• The reward does not include waiver of the membership fee.

Referee

• If the Referee's Referrer (the person who referred them) is initially chosen as the winner, only then will the Referee will be included in a random drawing, from a pool of other referees of the winning referrer.

• The reward for the Referee winner consists of a complete waiver of the Creditspring loan amount.

• The loan amount waived is limited to the first of the two advances borrowed i.e., the first instalment. Therefore, £1,200 is based on total Extra membership balance.

• The reward does not include waiver of the membership fee.

1.6. We will randomly select one winner from both the "Referrer" and "Referee" categories for the prize draw. 1.7. The winners of both prize draws will be announced by October 15th, 2024.

1.8. To obtain the name and county of the winner after the prize draw, please send a stamped addressed envelope to the following address:

1.9 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for any other prize.

2.ABUSE OF THE TERMS

2.1. Creditspring has the right to refuse to award the prize if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Creditspring suspects that a member has not used the prize draw in good faith or has breached the Rules.

2.2. Creditspring will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of the Rules.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Creditspring accepts no liability for any use of the prize draw which does not comply with the Rules.

4. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

4.1 . Creditspring may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page. 4.2 . Creditspring reserves the right to: (i) amend, alter or change the Prize at any time giving one month's notice via personal email or Newsletter
