These Terms and Conditions govern the Creditspring Referral Program and outline the rules for our referral program.

Please carefully review these terms before participating. By entering the program, you confirm your acceptance and agreement to adhere to these terms and conditions. Participation in this referral program requires active Creditspring membership with an active loan.

1.Referral Program

1.1.Members will automatically receive the referral reward when they successfully refer a friend to Creditspring's loan product.

Receiving the referral reward begins on 01 April 2025. It does not have an end date and we reserve the right to change this at any time.

1.2. Referrer and Referee Definitions

• In these Terms and Conditions, "Referrer" refers to an individual who currently holds an active Creditspring loan.

• "Referee" denotes a friend or acquaintance who has been referred by the Referrer and subsequently enters into a loan agreement with Creditspring.

1.3. Referrer Qualification for Rewards Referrers qualify for rewards when they successfully refer a friend. A referral is considered successful when the referred individual/friend fulfills all of the following conditions:

• The Referrer shares their unique referral link

• The referred individual/friend submits an application for Creditspring's loan product.

• The referred individual/friend's loan application is approved.

• The referred individual/friend subsequently signs the loan disbursal contract and maintains an active membership without cancellations.

1.4. Reward Details The Referrer will receive a £5 Amazon gift voucher for each successful referral, provided that the referee signs a contract and meets all eligibility criteria.

· The Referrer will automatically receive the £5 Amazon gift voucher via email, provided that the Referrer complies with all instructions.

· Multiple referrals per Creditspring member are allowed.

· The reward is limited to one £5 Amazon gift voucher per referee, regardless of the amount borrowed by the referree.

· The Referrer may be offered other rewards if they complete a certain number of referrals. If the Referrer is to receive other rewards, we will let you know via email. · Referral rewards are delivered via Tremendous LLC, a third-party. By participating in this referral program, you acknowledge that we may share your email address with Tremendous LLC solely for the purpose of delivering your reward. We are not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures related to the voucher redemption process managed by Tremendous LLC. 1.5 The reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for any other reward.

1.6 Limited time rewards

Creditspring may run limited time rewards where you may receive a different reward after making a referral. If this applies, we will inform you by email. The remainder of these Terms and Conditions apply to limited time rewards.

2.ABUSE OF THE TERMS

2.1. Creditspring has the right to refuse to award the reward if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Creditspring suspects that a member has not used the Referral Program in good faith or has breached these Terms.

2.2. Creditspring will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of these Terms.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Creditspring accepts no liability for any use of the prize draw which does not comply with the Rules.

4. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

4.1 . Creditspring may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page. 4.2 . Creditspring reserves the right to amend, alter or change the reward at any time.
