Creditspring Referral Program - Rules

These Rules govern the Creditspring Referral Program.

As the promoter of the Referral Program, our address is Creditspring - 119 Wardour Street, First Floor, London, W1F 0UW

Please carefully review these Rules before participating. By entering the Referral Program, you confirm your agreement to these Rules.

1.Referral Program

1.1 The Referral Program begins on 02 April 2025. It does not have an end date and we reserve the right to change this at any time.

1.2 In these Terms and Conditions:

"you" or “your” refers to the person who currently holds an active Creditspring loan and has accessed this Referral Program through your account.

"Referred Person" denotes a friend, family member or other acquaintance who has been referred to Creditspring by you and subsequently enters into a credit agreement with Creditspring.

“Referral” means a referral of a Referred Person by you, provided the eligibility criteria set out in these Rules are met.

2. How to Participate in the Referral Program

2.1 You can participate in the Referral Program by taking the following steps:

Log into your Creditspring account and select either “refer a friend” or the “Earn £5” banner.

Provide the unique referral link generated to your friends, family members or other acquaintances (see section 3 below – Who can you refer? – for more information).

When the Referred Person clicks the unique referral link, they will be taken to our website to check their eligibility for a loan with Creditspring.

2.2 Once Creditspring has verified that the Referred Person has entered a credit agreement with us, you will be sent a £5 Amazon voucher to the email registered on your account.

3. Who can you refer?

3.1 You may only share your unique referral link privately and with individuals that you have a personal relationship with. Public distribution of referral links is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

Posting the referral link on public social media accounts, pages, or groups (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook pages)

Posting the link in public forums (e.g., Reddit, Quora), comment sections, or review sites

Sharing the link on coupon websites, deal aggregators, or cashback/rewards platforms

Advertising or sponsoring the link through paid ads, SEO, or any form of digital promotion

Using the referral link in email blasts, newsletters, or SMS marketing not specifically directed at known individuals

3.2 Any referral links found to be shared in violation of these Rules will result in disqualification from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any associated reward(s).

4. Qualification for Rewards

4.1 You qualify for rewards when you successfully make a Referral.

4.2 A Referral is considered successful when the all of the following conditions are satisfied:

You share your unique referral link

The Referred Person:

submits an application for a Creditspring loan product[OA1] .

has their loan application approved; and

subsequently signs the credit agreement and maintains an active membership without withdrawal or cancellation for a period exceeding 14 calendar days.

4.3 You will receive a £5 Amazon gift voucher for each successful Referral.

4.4 The £5 Amazon gift voucher will be sent to you automatically via email to the address registered on your account.

4.5 Multiple Referrals per Creditspring member are allowed. However, there is a maximum limit of 30 Referrals (equivalent to £150 in Amazon gift vouchers). We will notify you if this limit changes.

4.6 The reward is limited to one £5 Amazon gift voucher per Referral, regardless of the amount borrowed or the loan product selected by the Referred Person.

4.7 You may be offered other rewards if you complete a certain number of Referrals. If you are eligible to receive other rewards, we will let you know via email.

4.7 The Reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for any other reward (including but not limited to cash).

4.8 Creditspring may run limited time rewards where you may receive a different reward after making a Referral. If this applies, we will inform you by email. These Rules apply to limited time rewards.

5. LIMITED TIME OFFER – IPHONE 17 PRIZE DRAW

5.1 Between 10 October 2025 and 24 October 2025, Creditspring is running a limited time prize draw as part of the Referral Program (the “IPhone Prize Draw”). If you enter after 23:59 on this date, it won’t count.

5.2 To enter the IPhone Prize Draw, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Live in the UK or Republic of Ireland

Be 18 years or older

5.2 For each successful Referral made during this period, you will receive one entry into the IPhone Prize Draw to win a brand new iPhone 17 (256GB) (the “Prize”). For example, three successful Referrals will count as three entries.

5.3 A successful Referral is defined in accordance with Clause 4.2 of these Rules.

5.4 The winner will be selected at random and notified by 31 October 2025 via the email address registered on their Creditspring account. The winner will be required to confirm their details by return email to Creditspring, to facilitate delivery of the Prize.

5.5 This IPhone Prize Draw is subject to these Rules and any additional terms communicated by Creditspring from time to time. Creditspring reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the IPhone Prize Draw or the Prize at its sole discretion.

5.6 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.7 Creditspring will not be liable for any delays, damage, or loss once the Prize has been dispatched to the winner.

5.8 By entering the IPhone Prize Draw, the winner agrees to Creditspring using their first name and county for promotional purposes, unless they opt out where indicated.

5.9 Creditspring reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Rules or attempts to manipulate the outcome of the IPhone Prize Draw.

6. ABUSE OF THE TERMS

6.1 Creditspring has the right to refuse to award the reward if (in its sole and absolute discretion) Creditspring suspects you have not used the Referral Program in good faith or has breached these Rules.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Creditspring accepts no liability for any use of the Referral Program which does not comply with the Rules.

8. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

8.1 These Rules were published on 10 October 2025.

8.2 Creditspring may revise these Rules at any time by amending this page.

8.3 Creditspring reserves the right to amend, alter or change these Rules and all or any part of the Referral Program including the reward / any prizes offered at any time.
